A couple of weeks ago I flew to San Francisco for a vacation and I met the most interesting woman on the plane. Well once we got started talking it didn’t end for 3 1/2 hours! We knew some of the same people from the Arabian Horse world and each category of conversation we got into we had a strong connection! One of those we were meant to meet moments!
Found out we had both changed our seats on the plane just that morning. These moments do not happen to me often but when it does I take note and ask why?! She mentioned to me she had a friend who was going to be moving into one of the homes on the former Ranch of Kelly Clarkson that had just sold and needed remodeling and design work in order for her to move in with her three kids. By November!
So, we talked on the phone and I was out to the ranch to meet her just over a week ago and we were off and running on her project! We totally “got” each other as well and I understood where she wanted to go and that it needed to be sooner than later!
It’s a 1980′s home and we are going to update into a cleaner more transitional look, getting rid of some textures on walls, gold faucets and paint colors.
