About

I have a feel for where to take a home the minute I walk in the front door to the backyard purely by vision. I believe each property is different based on the setting, elements of nature around it and the people who live there. I learned that style is not about money but how you feel about yourself. Your home can and should reflect that. I love to help my clients experience this process.

I am a native of West Virginia and at the age of 16, I built a cabin in the woods with my father. When he died unexpectedly I moved on to college in Florida where I was discovered and drafted into the IMG Modeling Agency in New York City. I spent a year in Germany and Milan, Italy, where I worked in the showroom of the late Gianni Versace and traveled extensively. I continued working in New York for another 5 years with various designers.

My lifelong love of horses prompted me to leave the city and move to a small community north of Dallas where I bought a ranch and trained Arabian Horses. Years later I found myself newly divorced and moving to Dallas. It was here that I started flipping houses and investing in real estate. While moving every 2 years, for tax purposes, I was able to experiment with many designs and styles.

I am still modeling in Dallas, but my true passion is in the Interior Design and Remodeling world where I have extended my experience of fashion and travel into helping people design, remodel, reconstruct or update the décor and furnishings in their homes. I sometimes can’t sleep at night for all the creativity I see in my head and I love sharing with my clients and seeing their satisfaction!

I have lived in many diverse types of homes in cities around the world ranging from apartments in Europe and NYC, a 1916 Craftsman, 2 log cabins, ranches in Texas, and ranch style homes ranging from a soft Mediterranean to Modern Design.

I do not limit my time and talent to just all things home. I have devoted several years to serving on the Board of Hope’s Door Women’s Shelter, where I was once a client. Additionally, I serve on the Board of a newly formed non-profit called the Artists Outreach designed to educate children in the Art of Creative Thinking. I am also in the process of restoring two vintage Triumph sports cars which belonged to my father.

I believe the art of restoration in all areas is good for the soul.
